社会认可与群体规则的激励涵义

摘  要:分析了被传统经济学理论所忽略的社会认可动机的激励涵义,指出是否能够获得社会认可取决于是否遵从群体规则,并且将社会认可动机融入到企业经理层激励约束问题的经济分析中,引入激励的动机管理来表征对规则的短期均衡的影响,引入改变规则内容的涵义管理来表征对规则的长期动态的影响,建立了一个转轨时期国企领导班子内群体规则的演化模型,显示了规则的动机管理和规则的涵义管理诱发群体规则变迁的效果.Human has social approval motivation that is often neglected by traditional economical theory, and this motivation depends on that if the group norm is followed or not. So this paper incorporates social approval motivation into economic analysis of corporate managers' incentive and constraint, and constructs an evolutionary model for group norm of state-owned-enterprise (SOE) managers team in transitional economy. Because two kinds of norm regulation can be used to induce the change of group norm, including the regulation of motive and the regulation of meaning. So finally, the effects of these two kinds of norm regulation are also showed. The model analysis indicates that although the methods of these two kinds of norm regulation are different, the results can be the same.
