草分支杆菌制剂在胃癌化疗中使用效果的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨草分支杆菌制剂在胃癌化疗中的使用效果及不良反应。方法:70例中晚期胃癌患者随机分为两组:观察组(n=35 )采用草分支杆菌制剂加HL F(羟基喜树碱、亚叶酸钙、5 -氟尿嘧啶)方案治疗;对照组(n=35 )采用单纯HL F方案化疗,评价其疗效、生活质量和不良反应。结果:观察组和对照组的临床获益率(CR+PR+MR)分别为80 .0 %和5 4 .3%(P<0 .0 5 ) ,观察组治疗后T淋巴细胞亚群中的CD4 / CD8比值有明显提高(P<0 .0 5 ) ,而对照组治疗前后无明显变化(P>0 .0 5 )。生存质量:观察组高于对照组(P<0 .0 5 ) ,白细胞减少及恶心呕吐反应观察组低于对照组(P<0 .0 5 )。结论:草分支杆菌制剂在胃癌化疗中的使用可减轻化疗某些不良反应,使胃癌患者的生存质量及免疫功能得到改善。Objective: To observe the effects and side effects of timothy bacilli preparation (Utilins) on patients with gastric carcinoma undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: Seventy patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group received chemotherapy with HLF regimen plus intravenous Utilins, and control group only accepted HLF regimen. Results: The clinical benefit rate and quality of life in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P<0.05). CD 4/CD 8 ratio increased significantly after therapy only in treatment group (P<0.05). The frequency of leukopenia, nausea and vomiting was less common in treatment group compared with control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Utilins can improve immune function and quality of life, and relieve side effects during chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric carcinoma.
