摘  要:研究了以水玻璃废砂和废玻璃为主要原料,用烧结复合法制备玻璃基复合材料的工艺技术,探讨了影响材料性能的工艺参数。研究结果表明,用水玻璃废砂制备的玻璃基复合材料兼具玻璃和陶瓷的性能,可替代天然石材而广泛使用。The technology of glass matrix of composite material manufactured by sintering process which main raw materials were waste foundry sand and waste glass was studied in this paper. The technological factors effected on the performance of this material were approached. The results stated that this composite material is formed with glass as matrix, core particulate as strengthening material, and it is provided with the performance of glass and ceramics, and it could be used to substitute for stone.
