摘 要:在硫酸溶液中利用循环伏安法在燃料电池的支持电极碳纸上,电聚合导电高分子聚苯胺用于催化剂Pt的负载.聚苯胺载铂电极(Pt/PAni/C)的制备,提高了Pt的分散度,增加了Pt在电催化体系中的利用率.扫描电镜表征的结果,Pt/PAni/C上的Pt颗粒大小为0.4μm左右.通过比较乙醇的电催化氧化活性可知,Pt/PAni/C催化氧化乙醇的最大电流为16.7mA/cm2,为直接碳载铂电极(Pt/C)最大氧化电流5.2mA/cm2的3.2倍.Polyaniline was electropolymerized onto carbon paper to load Pt as electrode has been performanced by the cyclic voltammetric method.The application of polyaniline to distribute platinum catalyst particles consists of a two-step procedure,first electropolymerization of aniline onto carbon paper,then electrodeposition of platinum.The polyaniline was found to have a significant bearing on the size of the platinum deposits,which may enable an increase in the level of platinum utilization currently achieved in these systems.Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was employed to give information about the morphology and nature of the deposited electrocatalyst particles about 0.4?μm.The electroactivation of the methanol oxidized on carbon paper electrode(Pt/C) and onto polyaniline loading Pt electrode (Pt/PAni/C) were studied by cyclic voltammetry.The maximum oxidation current of methanol on Pt/PAni/C is 16.7?mA/cm^2 which is 3.2 times higher than 5.2?mA/cm^2 on the Pt/C.
