摘  要:对高效的用于面阵激光二极管阵列(LDA)的光学耦合系统—空心导管进行了系统地研究。用光线追迹方法描述了空心导管的传输特性,并与透镜导管做了比较。结果表明,面阵LDA出射的空间非连续分布的激光束通过空心导管后在近场可以获得近高斯型光场分布,空心导管不仅兼具透镜导管的特性,而且克服了透镜导管的缺陷,其传输效率为93%。A high efficient coupling system, hollow duct applied to planar laser diode array (LDA) was investigated systemically. The transmission characteristic of hollow duct was described by using a ray-tracing method and compared with the lens duct. The results show that a nearly Gaussian distribution can be obtained in near-field when incontinuous light beams in space from LDA pass through the hollow duct, and the hollow duct, which has the transmission efficiency of 93%, not only has all the characteristics of lens duct, but overcomes it's shortcomings. The hollow duct with the advantages of being easy to fabricate and install is fit for planar LDA pumping the solid laser medium with high absorption coefficient in an end-pumped configuration.
