复杂性肛瘘手术切开疗法临床探析

摘　　要：目的:复杂性肛瘘以手术切开引流疗法,配合中药生肌散、黛柏散等清热解毒,消肿止痛。避免出现肛门失禁、出血等并发症。方法:本着罗门氏定律初步定位,以手指检查,探针检查定向内口所在部位。结论:术后,患者均无肛失禁、移位、严重畸形、狭窄、黏膜外翻等后遗症。手术切开疗法与挂线切开疗法相比较,方法简便,疼痛减轻,预后良好,不易复发。Objective:To apply the incision operation on complex and fistular,combined with some herbs acting on clearing away heat and toxic materials,detumescence and acesodune,such as Shengji Powder and Daibai Powder.To avoid the apperence of fecal in continence and bleeding.Methods:Luomen's law was used to get orientation.Conclusion:The incision operation is better than seton therapy.Its operation is convient and the prognosis after operation is all right.
