摘  要:目的 探讨早期复极综合征(Earlyrepolarizationsyndrome, ERS) 的发生机制。方法 分析35例早期复极综合征患者(观察组) 与30例正常人(对照组) 的心率变异性时域指标与J-T间期及其离散度。结果 ( 1 )观察组与对照组比较, SDNN、HRVTI差异有显著性意义(P<0 .05), RMSSD、PNN50差异有非常显著性意义(P<0. 01), SDANN、SDNNindex差异无显著性意义(P>0 .05)。(2)两组比较J-Tcmax、J-Td间差异有显著性意义(P<0. 05), J-Tcd间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0. 01), 但J-Tmax间差异无显著性意义(P>0. 05)。结论 早期复极综合征患者存在自主神经功能失衡, 副交感神经张力增高可导致局部心室肌提早复极, 心室肌各部分复极时间不一致在ERS的发生中起重要作用。Objective To explore the mechanism of ear ly repolarization syndrome(ERS).Methods 35 patients with early repolarization syndrome as o bservation group and 30 normal cases as control group were observed, including t he time domain of heart rate variability, J-T interval and J-T dispersion (J-Td) .Results Compared with the normal cases, the changes of SDNN , HRVTI, J-Tcmax and J-Td for patients with early repolarization syndrome were s ignificant statistically (P<0.05), as well as RMSSD, PNN 50 and J-Tc d were significantly high (P<0.01), but there was no significant differen ce between the two groups in SDANN, SDNN index and J-Tmax (P>0.05).Conclusion There exists dysfunction of autonomic nervous sy stem in patients with early repolarization syndrome, and the enhancement of para sympathetic activity leads to the early repolarization of part ventricular myoca rdium, and the inconformity of ventricular myocardium repolarization time could play an important role to the development of the disease.
