摘　　要：为适应社会主义市场经济的发展和各级各类医院改革不断深入的局面, 社区卫生服务中心的改革, 尤其是人事制度改革已势在必行, 特此探讨社区卫生服务中心人事制度改革所面临的发展趋势,To adapt the development of the socialism market economy and the position that the reform of hospitals of all levels and a ll sorts is deepening increasingly, it is necessary for community health center to reform its system, especially its personnel system.So the paper discusses the developing trend on the reform of Community Health Center personnel system, and brings forward the relevant countermeasures and measures.
