一起突发群伤患者分组救护成功的体会

摘　　要：对2003年7月成功救护因交通事故造成的45名群发创伤患者进行经验总结。由于采取及时有效的措施,经过精心组织、严密管理、合理配置护理人员进行分组救护,使医疗护理工作顺利进行,45名群发创伤患者在1h内全部得到安全分流和救治,无1例死亡和并发症发生,为今后应对突发灾难时群发伤员的救护提供了可借鉴的路径和方案。The paper summarized the experience in successfully rescuing 45 multiple injured patients in a traffic accident in July, 2003. Because of timely and effective measure, careful organization, strict management and reasonable allocating nursing personnel into grouping rescuing, the medical nursing was performed smoothly and all 45 multiple injured patients were distributed safely and treated within 1 h, with the result of no death and no complications. This provides referential method and plan for dealing with multiple injured patients in a sudden accidental calamity in the future.
