经胸前区腋静脉穿刺行中心静脉置管患者的护理

摘　　要：总结经胸前区腋静脉穿刺行中心静脉置管的护理经验。970例病人接受经胸前区腋静脉穿刺中心静脉置管术,置管前进行护患沟通,取得患者的信任、合作,认真做好置管期间的护理,加强健康教育,预防和控制中心静脉导管相关性感染等并发症。本组病人置管期间在护理人员的精心护理下,保证了导管的正常使用,达到预期的治疗目的。经胸前区腋静脉穿刺中心静脉置管为中心静脉置管提供了新途径。To sum up the nursing experience of intubation by anterior thoracic wall axillary vein puncture(IATAV). 970 patients received IATAV, and nurse-patients communication was performed before intubation in order to get their cooperation and trust. In addition, good nursing was also done during intubation, health education was promoted and complications, such as correlative infection of central vein catheter was prevented and controlled. Under the careful nursing, catheter of patients from this group was guaranteed to function properly with the result that expected curative effect was achieved. In conclusion, IATAT becomes a new way of central vein catheter.
