摘 要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备Nafion/SiO2复合膜,通过XRD、膜的电导率测试和单体电池测试对Nafion/SiO2复合膜的结构和性能进行研究,结果表明:采用溶胶凝胶法可以把SiO2原位复合到Nafion膜上;80℃湿态下Nafion1135/SiO2复合膜的电导率为0 178S/cm,Nafion1135膜的电导率为0 147S/cm;经过失水处理后的Nafion1135/SiO2复合膜的电导率为0 024S/cm,而Nafion1135膜的电导率仅为0 005S/cm;在H2、O2压力为0 17MPa,电池温度110℃、H2加湿温度70℃时,Nafion1135膜的电池性能急剧下降,Nafion1135/SiO2复合膜仍可在电压为0 6V、电流密度为800mA/cm2的条件下稳定运行。Nafion/SiO_2 composite membrane was made through sol-gel method, the structure and performance of the Nafion1135/SiO_2 composite membrane were studied by XRD, conductivity and single fuel cell test. The results showed that the SiO_2 could compound on the Nafion membrane. When humidified at 80 ℃, the conductivity of Nafion1135/SiO_2 composite membrane was 0.178 S/cm, the Nafion 1135 membrane's was 0.147 S/cm. After losing water treatment, the conductivity of Nafion1135/SiO_2 composite membrane was 0.024 S/cm, the Nafion 1135 membrane's was only 0.005 S/cm. When H_2 (humidified) at 70 ℃, the pressures of H_2/O_2 were 0.17 MPa at 110 ℃, the performance of Nafion1135 membrane dropped suddenly, the Nafion1135/SiO_2 composite membrane could operate at a potential of 0.6 V and a current density of 800 mA/cm^2 steadily.
