摘　　要：软件的重要性对其质量提出了严格的要求。如何对软件开发过程进行严格控制,提高软件系统成功率及用户满意度,降低开发成本,成为软件行业理论研究的焦点。在总结当前国际上流行的软件开发模式的基础上,提出了基于软构件的软件开发框架。The strict request of software quantity is very important for software. How to control the software development process strictly, increasing the successful rate of the software system and the customer approval, cutting down the cost of deve￣lopment have become the investigative focus in the theories of software.Put forward the framework for developing software based on software component after summing up the international current popular of software development mode.
