摘　　要：基于Java技术、人机交互决策技术与数据库等技术,解决了B/S模式下水库洪水调度系统的安全性和平台无关性的问题,实现了水库调度人机交互的图形化和洪水调度规则的通用化,并完成了基于B/S模式的水库防洪调度系统的设计与开发。Some key techniques such as Java, man-machine interactive manner and database are used to design and develop the new flood control decision support system. The system is of better security and expendability, and has no relationship with OS platform. The flood control operation is realized by means of graphic interactive interface and general scheduling rule.
