摘 要:为使超声在线监测技术在高炉测厚中得到进一步应用且提高其测量精度,叙述了实验室的选材过程,描述了测杆前端在高温情况下反射波的规律。从测杆材质的受热温度梯度分布和相变出发,根据声波传播机理和炼铁高炉的特点,提出了测杆中的相变能影响超声波传播波形的数学模型,并利用偏微分方程分析了高炉炉墙厚度在线监测系统的检测回波波形,对回波位置的判定给出合理解释。For wider application of ultrasonic on-line monitor technique, and for more precise measurement of the wall thickness of a blast furnace, the experiment course of selecting material in lab and the experiment rule of front echo in staff at high temperature were recounted. From temperature grads distributing and phase inversion of the staff being heated, the math model of sound transmission in staff was put forward by sound transmitting mechanism and characteristic of blast furnace. The phenomena of echo double-hump signal and backing wave were analyzed by the use of partial differential equation, which gave the theoretical foundation for the locality of echo signal of the system of wall thickness measurement for blast furnace.
