摘 要:基于卡托普利对过硫酸钠鲁米诺化学发光体系的强烈抑制作用,建立起一种直接测定卡托普利的流动注射化学发光新方法。该方法灵敏、简单、快速。线性范围为5.0×10-5~1.0×10-3g·L-1,检出限为1.7×10-5g·L-1,相对标准偏差为3.2%。利用该方法对卡托普利片剂含量的测定,结果满意。A novel flow injection (FI) chemiluminescence (CL) method for the direct determination of captopril was established based on the experimental results that the chemiluminescence reaction of luminol with persulfate in alkaline medium was strongly inhibited by captopril. The proposed method had a linearity in range of 5.0×10^(-5)~1.0×10^(-3)g·L^(-1) with a regression equation ΔI=-332.4 C-36.07 (whese c: captopril concentration, mg·L^(-1)) and a correlation coefficient r=0.998 9. Detection limit was 1.7×10^(-5)g·L^(-1) and RSD of 3.2 (for captopril 5.0×10^(-4)g·L^(-1), n=11). The method was successful in the determination of captopril in tablets.
