摘 要:目的探讨联合型瑞文测验与士兵工作绩效的关系。方法采用联合型瑞文智力测验对155名部队入伍第二年士兵进行测验,同时由本连队的干部、战士共8人对其进行部队工作绩效评价。结果联合型瑞文测验与士兵的整体工作绩效(r=0. 16)和任务绩效(r=0. 29)间存在显著性相关(P<0. 05),与关系绩效间并没有出现显著性相关。任务绩效优秀组(54. 96±5. 08)、一般组(52. 97±8. 21)和差组(47. 91±10. 32)的联合型瑞文测验得分存在显著性差异(P<0. 05 ),关系绩效和整体工作绩效优秀组、一般组和差组的联合型瑞文测验得分未发现显著性差异。结论联合型瑞文测验与士兵工作绩效之间存在着一定的关系,特别是对任务绩效有较好的预测性。ObjectiveTo investigate the relation between CRT and soldiers'job performance. Methods155 second-year soldiers were tested by CRT, and their job performance were evaluated by eight officers and soldiers from the same company. ResultsThere were significant correlations between overall job performance of solders and their scores of CRT(r=0.16), and significant correlation between task performance of solders and their scores of CRT(r=0.29). No significant correlation were found between contextual performance of soldiers and their scores of CRT. There was significant difference of CRT among the best group(54.96±5.08, n=23),the average group (52.97±8.21,n=100)and the worst group(47.91±10.32,n=23) of task performance. No significant difference of CRT were found among the best group,the average group and the worst group of contextual performance and overall job performance. ConclusionThere is a correlation between CRT and soldiers’job performance, and CRT can help predict their task performance, so CRT can be used in the psychological tests for the recruited young people.
