摘　　要：目的了解医学新生心理健康水平和常见心理问题.方法采用大学生人格问卷(UPI),对1932名学生进行问卷,用UPI统计软件分析.结果 A类人群12.5%,B类人群25%,C类62.6%.各专业A类检出率经采用x2检验,P＞0.05.结论医学新生主体健康.学生中有各种心理问题者占15%～20%,他们中属于中度以上问题者仅为学生数的10%,其中症状特别严重者不足2%,其余均为一般心理问题.学生中常见心理问题是不同程度的认知不良、情绪障碍和人际关系障碍,学生中的心理问题检出率随着修业进程而明显下降.ObjectiveTo understand the mental health level and common mental troubles of medical freshmen. Methods1923 medical students were investigated with the University Personality Inventory (UPI), and then analyzed with the UPI software. ResultsCrowd type A accounted for 12.5%, type B 25%, type C 62.6 %. In each speciality, type A rate was examined by adoption of 2 , P>0.05, and there was no remarkable significance. ConclusionThe majority of medical students are mentally healthy, and those with various mental troubles come to 15%~20%, of which above medium level only 10%, serious ones less than 2%. The commonly seen mental troubles among students can be divided into different degrees of bad cognition, emotional and interpersonal obstacles.
