社区麻风治愈者的主观生活满意度及影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的了解社区麻风治愈者的主观生活满意度及其影响因素.方法采用生活质量问卷、简易应对方式问卷、社会支持评定量表以及艾森克个性问卷,对韶关市下属两个县的155例社区麻风治愈者与59例健康成人进行了调查.结果与对照组(36.07±7.26,35.24±6.23,37.41±6.76,26.61±6.24)比较,社区麻风治愈者的主观生活满意度各维度评分(33.58±6.78,32.53±5.95,35.94±6.41,26.17±5.71)均有不同程度降低,其中躯体功能和社会功能维度的评分在统计学上差异有显著性(P＜0.05～0.01).主观生活满意度各维度评分与社会支持评定量表总分、客观支持、主观支持和EPQ-E评分均有统计学意义上的正相关,与EPQ-N评分有统计学意义上的负相关(P＜0.05～0.01).结论社区麻风治愈者的主观生活满意度较低,社会支持和患者的个性特征都明显影响他们的主观生活满意度.应提供有效的社会支持系统,按不同的个性特点、有针对性地进行心理干预,以提高他们的主观生活满意度.ObjectiveTo explore subjective life satisfaction in cured leprosy patients in community and influencing factors. Method155 cured leprosy patients and 59 normal controls in community were investigated by Quality of Life Questionnaire, Simple Coping Style Questionnaire, Social Support Questionnaire and EPQ. ResultsCompared with normal controls, the scores of body’s function and social function were lower in cured leprosy patients, with significant difference(P<0.05~0.01).There were significantly positive correlation between the scores of subjective life satisfaction and social support or EPQ-E, and there were significantly negative correlation between the scores of subjective life satisfaction and EPQ-N(P<0.05~0.01).ConclusionSubjective life satisfaction in cured leprosy patients was poorer than that in normal controls. Both social support and patients' personality feature influenced their subjective life satisfaction. Giving useful social support and psychological intervention are same important as improving living conditions and promoting body's function rehabilitation for cured leprosy patients.
