摘　　要：本科教学水平评估是一项系统工程,它不仅是对高校办学条件和办学质量的一次检验,也是对办学思想、教学意识和教学管理的重新确立。教学水平评估千头万绪,图书馆是评估的重要部门之一,图书馆在评估指标细化、分解、落实的基础上,应更加注重图书馆评估内涵建设,以核心指标为切入点,抓住重点,开创特色服务项目。The National Teching Quality Assessment is a system engineeving.It is a test not only for running the conditions and qualities of a university,but also for making a fresh establishment of thoughts,consciousness of teaching and teaching management.The Teaching Quality Assessment have a multitude of things,the library is one of the significant branches.On the basis of assessing targets,slights,decomposition and practicable,the library should attach importance to her connotation construction,let the targets at the core act as its point of contact,grasp the focal points,and initiate a more distinctive Services than ever before.
