用机读目录格式著录中文多卷书的探索与实践

摘　　要：多卷书是普通图书中一种常见的特殊形态,它的形式有多种情况,没有统一的的模式。为反映多卷书及其特征和多卷书的各分卷(册)的特点,在著录多卷书时可选择集中著录和分散著录两种方式。本文对多卷书的两种著录方式的操作进行总结归纳,并以举例的形式说明多卷书的机读目录格式的著录方法。Multi-volume book,a special form of common book,has no unified mode.To represent the characteristics of a multi-volume book and its volumes,centralized and decentralized cataloging should both be used when cataloging a multi-volume book.This paper summarizes this two kind of cataloging methods,and gives some examples to show Machine-Readable Cataloging Format of multi-volume books.
