摘　　要：本文对竞争情报产生的背景及其特点,竞争情报获取的途径,当前国内外的应用与现状,以及对竞争情报在企业生存与发展中重要作用进行了阐述。This paper expounds the background and features of the arising of competitive Intelligence,the way and methods to obtain it,also explains the application and current situation of competitive intelligence at home and abroad,and how it plays an important role in the survival and development of enterprises.
