摘　　要：在信息化社会里,只有信息工作者自身的信息素质提高了,才能担负起向读者提供信息产品和提高读者的信息素质的双重使命。本文就信息工作者的信息素质培养和教育问题提出了粗浅的看法。In the information-based society,only the information worker has improved his own information quality,could bear the double mission of offering the information products to readers and improving readers' information quality.This article puts forward some views on how to train and educate the information worker's information quality.
