摘 要:目的观察低分子壳聚糖对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病(DM)大鼠血糖、血脂的影响。方法Wistar大鼠,饲以高脂高糖饮食4w后,采用腹腔一次性注射STZ复制大鼠DM模型。将动物随机分为正常对照组、模型组、药物对照组和药物治疗组。每组大鼠在注射STZ后每周1次取尾静脉血测空腹血糖、血清胆固醇和甘油三酯(TG)含量。结果采用高脂高糖饮食+STZ所诱导出的DM大鼠空腹血糖、血清胆固醇和TG明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05~0.01),低分子壳聚糖可降低DM模型大鼠的血糖、血清胆固醇和TG浓度,与模型组同期比较有明显改善(P<0.05~0.01),且血糖和血清胆固醇、血清TG呈正相关。结论采用此方法可成功复制大鼠DM模型,DM大鼠血糖增高可能引起血脂升高,低分子壳聚糖能降低血糖、血清胆固醇和血清TG含量,改善DM病变。Objective To observe the influence of low molecular chitosan on blood glucose and serum lipoprotein in diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin (STZ).Methods Wistar rats were injected with intraperitoneal STZ after fed by enrich-diet for four weeks to establish diabetic model in rats. Animals were randomly divided into four groups: normal group, model group, low molecular chitosan control group and low molecular chitosan treatment group. Blood glucose and serum cholesterol and triglyceride content in rats were determined weekly in caudal venous blood after STZ injection. Results The blood glucose and serum cholesterol and triglyceride contents of the diabetic model rats induced by enrich-diet-STZ were higher than those of the normal control, low molecular chitosan improved the above changes(P<0.05~0.01). And blood glucose was positive correlation with serum lipoprotein.Conclusions The diabetes mellitus model rats induced by enrich-diet-STZ was duplicated successfully . Low molecular chitosan may efficiently treat diabetes mellitus rats by reducing blood glucose and serum cholesterol and triglyceride.
