摘　　要：目的应用静脉输液扩容治疗胎儿生长受限(FGR)并观察其疗效。方法治疗组37例,对照组22例,测定治疗前后的宫高、腹围、胎儿双顶径,以及出生后的新生儿体重及胎盘重量。结果治疗组上述各指标均高于对照组,P<0.05;两组低体重儿发生率及早产率存在统计学差异,P<0.05。结论静脉扩容能有效地治疗FGR,改善胎儿宫内生长发育状况。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of intravenous transfusion on FGR by means of dilating blood capacitance. Method: 37 cases of FGR were enrolled in treatment group and 22 cases of FGR were put into control group. Indexes reflecting fetal growth such as uterine height, abdomen circumference and biparietal diameter were measured before and after treatment, neonatal weight and placenta weight were recorded as well. Result:All the indexes listed above are significantly greater in treatment group than in the control group, P<0.05. Low birth weight and preterm labor incidence rate in the two groups have statistical significance too, P<0.05. Conclusion:Intravenous transfusion can an effective treatment for FGR, and improve intrauterine fetal growth.
