摘　　要：本文论述了“即时技术”在家用电冰箱的门体发泡自动化生产线设计中的应用,介绍了一种新型的以气--液动系统作为驱动的新型冰箱门体发泡自动化生产线。该生产线实现了模具的零时转换,并新设计了一种开关门机械手。This article introduces the application of JIT (just in time) technology in the automatic door foaming production line design for refrigerator, introduces a new automatic production line driven by pneumatic- hydraulic system for refrigerator door foaming, the new line can carry out the in time jig transferring. A new automatic open-close door manipulator is designed.
