内外合治法治疗乳腺小叶增生病60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药内服配合乳腺治疗仪外用治疗乳腺小叶增生的疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例以理气化痰散结汤口服,外用美迪克乳腺治疗仪治疗;对照组60例口服乳癖消片治疗;两组均以2个月经周期为1个疗程。结果:治疗组治愈16例,显效24例,有效16例,无效4例,总有效率96%;对照组治愈9例,显效19例,有效23例,无效9例,总有效率85%。结论:提示乳腺小叶增生症以中药内服加治疗仪外用较单纯内服中成药疗效显著。Objective:To study the effect on Hyperplasia of mammary glands by Traditional Chinese Medicinal Herb and treatment instrument for external use.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups.60 cases of patients in the treatment group were treated with Traditional Chinese Medicinal Herb and MeiDiKe galactophore treatment instrument for external use.60 cases of patients in the control group with Rupixiao tablets taken orally.The two groups were both treated in two menstrual cycles.Results:In the treatment group,16 cases were clinical cured,24 cases got transparently improvement,16 cases got better and 2 cases were effectless.The total effective rate was 93.3 percent.In the control group,9 cases were clinical cured,19 cases got transparently improvement,23 cases got better and 9 cases were effectless.The total effective rate was 85 percent.Conclusion:It showed that the curative effect of the treatment group was transparently better than the control group.
