心肌康注射液丹参药材指纹图谱检测标准

摘　　要：目的:用高效液相色谱-紫外(HPLC-UV)法对心肌康注射液中丹参部分指纹图谱中的酚酸类成分进行了定性和定量分析。方法:液相色谱条件为色谱柱Novapark○RC18,3.9×150mm,4um。所用洗脱剂均为色谱纯:(A)1%磷酸水溶液;(B)甲醇(美国Dikma公司)。以Waters2996检测器检测,检测波长269nm,洗脱80min,流速1.0ml/min,柱温30℃,灵敏度2AUFS。结果:得到了丹参供试品指纹图谱,并对其酚酸类成分进行了定性和定量分析。结论:方法简便、准确、重现性好。Objective To develop a quantitative and qualitative method in the content of salcia miltiorrhiza bge extract.method:through the foundation of fingerprint chromatogram.we perform the quantitative and qualitative analysis to the content in the salcia miltiorrhiza bge extract.the operation was carried out in the novapark C 18 column,with the mobile phase consisting of (A)water(containing phosphoricacid,=1%)and (B)methanol with flow rate 1ml/min -1 and detection wavelength 269nm.Results the UV absorption fingerprint chromatogram was obtained.Four contents in the salcia miltiorrhiza bge extract were identified and quantified and the corresponding accuracy and similarity results were achieved.Conclusion the method is accurate,rapid and convenient.
