摘 要:采用添加体型酚醛树脂复合高比表面积活性炭,制备用于超级电容器的电极材料。通过低温氮气吸附考察了添加体型酚醛树脂对活性炭孔容和孔径分布的影响,实验表明复合活性炭的孔容和孔径加宽,有中孔存在。通过比较活性炭电极和复合电极的电化学性能,说明添加体型酚醛树脂可以显著降低原料成本,不用固化而提高了其电化学性能。Phenol formaldehyde resin (PR)/activated carbon composite was prepar ed as the electrode of the supercapacitor. The effect of PR on pore volume and p ore diameter distribution of activated carbon was investigated by nitrogen adsor ption. It was shown that pore volume and pore diameter distribution of composite activated carbon were widen and some were mesopores. Compared electrochemical p roperties of activated carbon electrode with those of composite electrode, the r esult showed the product's cost could be reduced by adding PR to activated carbo n with high specific surface and free of curing, while the electrochemical prope rties were improved.
