摘  要:阐述了当前国内复杂井工程地质特征及固井失效的基本类型,从系统工程角度归纳了影响复杂井固井质量的主、客观因素,钻井液性能对固井质量的潜在影响和水泥浆性能设计容易产生的主要缺陷问题。在此基础上,根据注水泥作业的系统组成,质量控制涉及的硬、软件子系统,固井工程系统约束、管理与技术集成要求等,全面探讨了提高复杂井固井质量的控制要素,提出了复杂井科学注水泥的基本要求和当前提高复杂井固井质量应研究的关键问题。This paper presents geological characteristics of challenging wells and their cementing failure types. Subjective and objective factors affecting cementing quality of challenging wells were summarized from system engineering viewpoint, and potential influence of drilling fluid and deficiencies produced by conventional slurry design are analyzed also. Based on above studies and according to requirements such as system constitution of cementing job, subsystem software and hardware of quality control, and obligation, supervise and technique integration of cementing engineering system, control factors to increase cementing quality of challenging wells are discussed in full scale. Basic requirements of scientific cementing for challenging wells are proposed, and the key problems should be studied in the future are put forward also.
