摘  要:针对西部地区高压油气层或老油区调整井固井作业时发生井喷、气窜的问题,研究出了超高密度抗盐水泥浆体系。该水泥浆体系由铁矿粉、降失水剂GJF-200L、分散剂FDN、缓凝剂GJR-200L、悬浮剂(微硅)配制而成。通过对超高密度抗盐水泥浆体系性能评价得知,该体系在淡水、10%NaCl盐水条件下,具有一定的抗压强度、良好的稳定性、较好的失水控制能力,稠化时间易调整。由现场模拟固井实验表明,该体系的流动度、初始稠度、可泵时间、稠化时间、失水量、析水量和抗压强度均满足了施工要求;密度为2.42g/cm2的水泥浆,当立罐压力为0.15-0.18MPa时可保证正常供灰,达到所需的密度;密度为2.60g/cm3的水泥浆,当立罐压力为0.18-0.20MPa时可保证正常供灰,达到所需的密度。该超高密度抗盐水泥浆体系可用于现场异常高压油气井固井施工的需要。In western areas, when cementing high-pressure oil/gas layers or adjustment wells in mature oilfield, well blowout or gas channeling often occur. In an effort to avoid these problems, a ultra-high density salt tolerant cement slurry system composed of ferrilite powder, fluid loss reducer CJF-200L, dispersant FDN, retarder CJR-200L and suspending agent(micro silicate) was developed. Evaluation on the slurry system showed that, when prepared with both clean water and 10% NaCl solution, the slurry has stable properties, good fluid loss control, easily adjustable thickening time, and the cement stone exhibits high compressive strength. Stimulating tests onsite brought excellent results, and requirements of flowability, initial consistency, bump time, thickening time, fluid loss, free water and compressive strength were all satisfied. For the slurry of 2. 42 g/cm3, tank pressure of 0. 15-0. 18 MPa is enough for regular supply to get the density required, and for the slurry of 2. 60 g/cm3, the needed tank pressure is 0. 15-0. 18 MPa. All the data indicated the ultra-high density salt tolerant cement slurry is suitable for ultra-high pressure oil/gas wells cementing operation.
