摘  要:以往胜利油田以东营凹陷沙三中下地层的油藏勘探开发为主,而孔店组、古潜山勘探程度极低,是目前及今后进一步勘探开发的重点对象,而沙四段以下都存在盐膏层,完钻井深都大干4000m,随着井深增加地温越来越高,对水泥浆提出了更高的要求。为保证顺利施工,提高固井质量,必须优选水泥外加剂和调整相适应的高温抗盐体系。经过对外加剂进行筛选,最后选择了河南省卫辉市化工有限公司的系列外加剂,并调配成高温抗盐水泥浆体系以适应150-180℃的井温。该体系在高温下具有良好的稠化性能,稠化曲线呈直角;抗盐性能好,随着盐加量的增大,稠化性能变化不大;抗压强度高。该水泥浆体系成功地完成了胜利油田重点探井郝科1井、丰8井、王古1井和王46井的固井任务。在孔杏组二段的深层发现了含油烃源岩,拓展了东营凹陷的油气勘探空间。In the past, Shengli oilfield made middle and lower formation of Shahejie Group in Dongying sag as its exploration target, while in the future, the target is turned to Kongdian Group and Buried hill. For the presence of salt-gypsum bed lower than Sha3 layer and all wells' depth are more than 4000 m, better cement slurry is required to suit critical downhole condition of high temperature(150-180℃) and higher salinity. After several additives were screened to formulate a cement slurry with thermal stability and salt tolerance, the series of additives produced by Chemicals Corporation Limited in Weihui City of Henan Province were selected, and a high temperature and salt-resisting cement slurry system for deep exploration wells was determined. 1) The slurry exhibits good thickening property, even with the salt content increasing, it remain stable, and the transient time is short on consisitency curve. 2) When the slurry is set, the compressive strength is high. Cementing jobs with this cement slurry in important exploration wells of Shengli oilfield such as Haokel well, Feng8 well, Wanggul well and Wang 46 well was successful, hydrate reservoir was found in deep Kongxing Group formation.
