摘　　要：总结了近10余年来有关丹参及其化学成分的药代动力学研究的资料,从吸收、分布、代谢、排泄及房室模型五个方面进行了归纳分析,并提出了存在问题和一些看法。The article summarizes the studies on the pharmacokinetics of Danshen and its chemical components,and focuses on the following aspects:absorption,distribution,metabolization,excretion and compartment modelling.Problems and viewpoints about the pharmacokinetic of traditional Chinese Medicine are put forward.It may give assistance to the related researches.
