摘　　要：莫西庄地区已钻井钻头选型不合理,机械钻速偏低。通过利用地层抗钻特性评价及钻头选型软件对已钻井资料进行处理,并结合钻头效益指数法进行钻头评价,优选出适合该地区的钻头类型。通过现场应用,机械钻速显著提高,获得了较好的经济效益。Bits that have been selected for use in the drilled wells in Moxizhuang area are not rational, resulting in relatively low ROP. Through analyzing drilling data of the drilled wells with software of rock mechanics analysis and bit selection and in combination with benefit index method, the bits are evaluated to select bit types that are suitable for use in this area. Field application of the selected bits shows that ROP is remarkably increased and economic benefits are improved.
