摘　　要：综述了近几年来导热高分子材料主要是导热塑料、导热橡胶领域内的研究开发进展。简单阐述了导热高分子材料的导热机理及导热理论模型,在此基础上探讨了优化导热高分子材料综合性能的途径。The recent progress in the study of thermally conductive plastics and rubbers was introduced. Thermally conductive mechanism and models of these materials were discussed. The approach to optimize the performance of thermally conductive polymer was proposed.
