摘　　要：目的　研究距跟骨间韧带的解剖特征,为了解其功能及损伤重建提供理论基础。方法　对30侧小腿足标本进行解剖,观察距跟骨间韧带前、后束的特征并进行大体测量。结果　距跟骨间韧带后束走向上内或后上内,长、宽、厚分别为:(9.86±1.15 )mm ,(9.85±0 .93)mm ,(1.32±0 .15 )mm。前束走向后上内,长、宽、厚分别为(14 .17±1.6 5 )mm ,(7.6 8±1.83)mm ,(1.4 7±0 .36 )mm。结论　距跟骨间韧带是维持距下关节稳定的重要结构。Objective To provide basic anatomical mechani sm of subtalar joint stability and ligament reconstruction therapy through disecti on on interosseous talocalcaneal ligament.Methods Anterior and posterior bundles of interosseous ta localcaneal liagment were observed and measured in thirty cadaveric lower extrem ities. Results Posterior bundle of interosseous talocalcaneal li agment ran obliquely,superiorly,medially or posteriorly,superiorly and medially. It's average length,width and thickness were (9.86±1.15) mm.,(9.85±0.93)mm,( 1.32±0.15)mm.Respectively;and anterior bundle ran posteriorly,superiorly and me dially,the average length,width,and thickness being (14.17±1.65) mm,(7.68±1.8 3) mm,(1.47±0.36) mm respectively. Conclusion Interosseous talocalcaneal liagment plays impo rtant role on subtalar joint stability.
