摘  要:目的研究激光心肌血运重建术(TMLR)后血管新生及其可能机制;方法利用KTP激光对急性心肌梗死模型行TMLR,观察2~3月后心肌毛细血管新生、局部生长因子的表达及血管紧张素Ⅱ-醛固酮(AngⅡ、Ald)浓度;结果TMLR组孔道周围心肌微血管计数、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长(TGFpl)及心脏组织中的.AngⅡ、Ald含量大于对照组;且均随时间延长而减少。结论激光心肌血运重建术促进血管新生,与心脏组织中血管生长因子VEGF、TGFp,增多及心脏局部RAAS激活有关。Objective To study the angiogenesis and its mechanism of after transmyocardial laser revascularization (TMLR) .Methods The acute myocardial infarction model was created by the ligation of die medius of the LAD. TMLR. was performed with frequency - double Nd: YAG laser in the acute infarcted LAD zone in both TMLR group and control group after 2 - 3 months, immunohisto chemistry for factor Ⅷ was performed to assess vascular density.Immunohistochemistry using specific antibogies was performed for transforming growth factor- β1(TGF β1) and vasoendothelial growth factor (VEGF) . Angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ) and aldosterone (ald) of ventricular myocardium were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results The vascular density is significantly greater in TMLR group than that in the control group ( P < 0.05) .The level of TGF β1 and VEGF, and the contents of Ang Ⅱ and Ald in left ventrical myocardium also were significantly higher in TMLR group than that in the control group ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion Transmyocardial Laser revascularization promotes angiogenesis by upregulation of TGF β1, VEGF and the content of Ang Ⅱ and Ald.
