应用E-Tracking技术评价高血压和高血压合并糖尿病患者颈动脉血管病变

摘　　要：目的探讨E-Tracking技术对高血压和高血压合并糖尿病患者颈动脉血管病变的应用价值。方法159例住院患者分为高血压病组(EH,53例)、高血压合并糖尿病组(EH+DM,44例)、正常对照组(62例),应用E-Tracking技术实时跟踪描记颈总动脉管壁运动轨迹,得出血管的收缩期内径(Ds)、舒张期内径(Dd)、弹性系数(Eρ)、硬化值(β)和顺应性(AC),所得参数进行方差分析。结果Ds和DdEH组与EH+DM组间无显著性差异,EH和EH+DM两组均明显高于对照组;Eρ和βEH组显著高于对照组,EH+DM组显著高于EH组;ACEH+DM组显著低于对照组及EH组,EH组与对照组间无显著性差异。结论应用E-Tracking技术能尽早反映高血压和高血压合并糖尿病患者血管的改变,是评价血管内皮功能简便实用的方法。Objective To explore the value of E-Tracking technology in evaluating the vascular pathology of carotid artery in hypertension and hypertension with diabetes mellitus patients.Methods A total of 159 cases were divided into three groups:hypertension group(EH,53 cases), hypertension with diabetes mellitus group(EH+DM,44 cases),and normal control group(62 cases).E-Tracking technology was performed to follow the movement tracks of the common carotid arterial wall,and the following parameters were assessed respectively:internal systolic diameter(Ds),internal diastolic diameter(Dd),elastic coefficient(Eρ),stiffness parameter(β),and compliance(AC).Results Ds and Dd:there were no significant differences between EH and EH+DM,but the data of the two groups were higher than those of the control group;Eρ and β:were significantly higher in EH than those in the control group;in EH+DM significantly higher than those in EH;AC:in EH+DM was significantly lower than that in the control group and EH,but there was no significant difference between EH and the control group.Conclusions E-Tracking technology can be used to early reflect the vascular changes of hypertension and hypertension with diabetes mellitus,and it is a convenient and practical method to evaluate vascular endothelial function.
