黄精多糖滴眼液对实验性干眼症结膜的影响

摘　　要：目的观察0.8%黄精多糖滴眼液对实验性干眼症模型结膜的影响。方法将实验性干眼症日本大耳白兔随机分为空白对照组、治疗组和药物对照组,分别用溶煤、0.8%黄精多糖滴眼液和泪然滴眼液治疗,5周后观察结膜杯状细胞数目及上皮改变并进行对比。结果治疗组结膜上皮无明显鳞状化生,杯状细胞数目恢复优于对照组。结论0.8%黄精多糖滴眼液对实验性干眼症结膜有明显改善作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Polygonatum polysaccharide eyedrops 0.8% on conjunctiva in experimental dry eye.METHODS The rabbits induced into models with dry eye.They were randomized into treated group and control group and control group.There were rabbits without dry eye in normal group.The three groups were dealt with solvent,Polygonatum polysaccharide eyedrops and Tear Natural respectively.At 5 weeks conjunctiva of all rabbits were examined under light microscope and conjunctival goblet-cells were counted.RESULTS There is a statistically significant difference in goblet-cell count between treated group and two control groups (P<0.05~). ~CONCLUSION Polygonatum polysaccharide eyedrops 0.8 % could be effect on improvement of conjunctiva in experimental dry eye.
