鳞翅目刺蛾科幼虫形态及致皮炎患者临床病理观察

摘　　要：目的探讨致病性鳞翅目刺蛾幼虫形态及所致皮炎患者临床症状,为采取早期控制措施提供科学依据。方法用老熟茶毛虫触刺豚鼠的腹面皮肤、自愿者上肢或自然染毒者,动态观察茶毛虫皮炎的病程,对豚鼠皮炎病灶作常规病理学观察,比较豚鼠、自愿者染毒前、后血象变化。结果自愿者皮肤被幼虫触刺后,表现为红、肿、痛、热,烧灼、麻木感,继而呈现丘疹、斑丘疹、斑块、风团块,部分病例出现周身不适76.64%,烦燥32.71%,腋下淋巴结肿大16.82%。豚鼠皮疹病理切片见表皮水疱、脓疱改变。染毒后白细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞高于染毒前。结论鳞翅目刺蛾幼虫具有致病性,致病机理为机械刺伤、生物毒性和变态反应。The pathogenicity of Lepidoptera, Euileidae carterpillae was investigated by direct touching of larvae to the abdomen of guinea pigs or to the volunteers by the nature manner of cartching tea poison. The pathological local lesions of guinea pig were examined with HE staining and the total blood cell count and eosinophils were counted. In cases of the experimental volunteers, the clinical pathological course was observed continuously on the dermatitis caused by tea euproctis pseudoconspersa strand. It consisted of redness, putrescence, burning pain, heat, tickle, numbness papules, macules, maculopapules, urticaria and plaques on local area. Some cases complained of general unconformability (76.64%), fantod (32.71%) and swelling of lymph nodes (16.82). In case of the guinea pigs examined, lesions of epidermis bulla, vesicles and pustules were found in the histopathological examinations and eosinophilia was demonstrated after touching with the insects.
