双氯芬酸钠利多卡因注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的有效性和安全性

摘　　要：目的:观察和评价双氯芬酸钠利多卡因注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效和安全性.方法:以奥尔芬75为对照药,采用随机双盲、平行对照、多中心的研究方法,试验组64例,对照组63例.两组给药剂量均为每次一支,2mL/支,肌肉注射,每日1次,疗程7d.结果:两组总有效率分别为89.85%和92.54%,对照组的药物不良反应发生率为1.49%,试验组未出现不良反应.两组总有效率和不良反应发生率均无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论:双氯芬酸钠利多卡因注射液治疗膝关节骨性关节炎安全、有效.AIM: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of diclofenac sodium/lidocaine hydrochloride injection in treating knee osteoarthritis. METHODS: A double blind, randomized, paralleled and controlled multi-center study was conducted. Sixty-four subjects were included in the experimental group, who received intramuscular injection of 2 mL diclofenac sodium/lidocainehydrochloride injection every day. In the control group, 63 subjects were given intramuscular injection of 2 mL olfen-75 every day. The course of treatment in both groups was 7 d. RESULTS: The overall clinical efficacy rates in the two groups were 89.85% and 92.54%, respectively. The adverse drug reaction rate in the control group was 1.49%. No adverse drug reaction was found in the experimental group. There was no statistical difference in clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction rate between the two groups. CONCLUSION: Diclofenac sodium/lidocaine hydrochloride injection is effective and safe for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
