摘　　要：本文报告17例阑尾切除术后炎症性肿块,发生于术后1个月至1年,是一种感染和异物反应引起的局部慢性炎症增殖性改变。根据肿块发生部位,可分为腹壁型(11例)和腹腔型(6例).文中重点讨论了阑尾切除术后炎症性肿块的诊断依据、鉴别诊断及治疗方法。This paper reports 17 patients with inflammatory mass that occured 1 month to 15 years after appendectomy. The mass is one kind of regional chronic inflammatory proliferation caused by infection and foreign body reaction. According to the location, the masses were devided into two types: abdominal wall (11 cases)and abdominal cavity (6 cases). It is emphatically discussed in diagnosis, differential diagnosis and therapeutic methods of the inflammatory mass after appendectomy.
