长期献血者体内免疫功能的研究

摘　　要：本文报道1991年9月～1993年3月我科长期献血者体内细胞免疫功能的变化。以淋巴细胞转化率(SI)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)及自然杀伤活性(NK)作为免疫功能指标。对75例10年以上长期献血者及35例初次献血者进行比较,两组结果均无统计学差异。说明经过长期献血后,细胞免疫功能这3项指标无明显变化,对血液质量没有影响。The changes in cellular immune function in the patients who had made the long-term blood donation in our department in the period from Sep. 1991 to Mar. 1993, were reported. The cellular immune function of 75 patients who had made blood donation for more than 10 years, was compared with that of 35 patients who made the blood donation for the first time,using the lymphocyte transformation rate, interleukin-2 and natural killer cell activity as cellular immune function indicators. The results of comparision showed that there was no statistical difference between the mentioned above two groups, indicating that the three indicators of cellular immune function in patients who had made the long-term blood donation didn' t show any significant changes, which had no effect on the blood quaity.
