超声同步检测正常人远端、近端胃排空运动的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声同步观察正常人远端、近端胃排空运动的价值。材料和方法:通过实时超声法检测1 0 0例健康人远端、近端胃排空运动,并与胃电图进行对照。结果:胃窦幽门协调收缩频率3 0±0 8次/min、幅度1 5±0 5cm与胃电图的胃电频率、幅度无明显差异。胃底-体交界处胃液体排空迅速有序,胃半排空时间30 0±4 0min。结论:超声能准确评价正常胃排空功能状态。Purpose: To evaluate ultrasound detection of gastric empty function. Materials and Methods. A real time ultrasound assessment of the empty motion at the proximal and distal portion of stomach was undertaken in 100 healthy subjects in comparison with the findings of electrogastrography(EGG). Results: Ultrasound revealed a contraction frequency of 3.0±0.8cpm with an amplitude of 1.5±0.5cm at antrapyloric region, and a 30.0±4.0min half-empty time of liquid at gastric corpus-fundus junction. The values were not different to that of EGG. Conclusion: Ultrasound was able to assess the empty function of stomach in healthy subjects.
