摘  要:目的: 探讨外源性TGF- β和BMP对骨折愈合的作用。方法: 用兔尺骨骨折模型,在骨折局部单独或联合应用TGF- β和BMP, 通过X线片观察、生物力学、骨几何参数和骨痂钙含量测定对骨折愈合进行评估。结果: 各骨生长因子治疗组的骨痂量、骨痂钙含量、骨愈合情况和骨折愈合后的力学强度明显优于对照组, TGF- β和BMP联合应用优于单用一种生长因子, 单用TGF -β好于BMP。结论: 在兔骨折周围局部应用外源性TGF- β和BMP, 可促进骨折愈合, 单用TGF -β的作用强于BMP, 它们联合应用时, 这种作用进一步增强, 在促进骨折愈合方面具有协同作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of exogenous transforming growth factor-beta(TGF-β) and bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) on fracture healing. Method: The model of adult rabbits ulnar fracture were made and treated with TGF-β and BMP respectively or in combination in the fracture site. Fracture healing was evaluated by radiograph, biomechanical tests, measurements of geometric parameters of bone and calcium content in callus. Result: Both TGF-β group and BMP group excelled significantly control group in aspects of quantity of callus, calcium content in callus, the ability of fracture healing and biomechanical strength of bone. The effect of TGF-β group was better than that of BMP group, while combination of both of them brought better result than the application of each of them respectively.Conclusion: Result of fracture healing can be promoted by local application of exlgenous TGF-β and BMP, and the effect of TGF-β is better than that of BMP. The result will be further enhanced if they are applied together with synergistic effect on fracture healing.
