摘　　要：目的介绍一种腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)后罕见的并发症—肝包膜下胆汁瘤(hepaticsubcapsularbiloma),探讨其可能的发生原因、预防、诊断和治疗。方法通过检索Medline、PubMed、CNKI文献,结合我院一例患者临床资料进行总结报道。结果文献已经报道的病例共有6例,他们的临床表现基本相似,均通过经皮穿刺置管引流后顺利痊愈。结论LC术后肝包膜下胆汁瘤的发生率极低,病因尚未清楚,术中预防和早期发现非常重要。Objective To report a rare complication of laparosc op ic cholecystectomy and explore the possible cause, prevention, diagnosis, and tr eatment. Methods We reported the related literatures retrieved from Medl ine, PubMed, and CNKI search systems based on the similar experience in 1 case u ndergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital. Results A total of 6 cases which had similar signs and symptoms were reported. All the cases recovered after percutaneous drainage procedures. Conclusions Hepatic subcapsular biloma is a rare complication a fter laparoscopic cholecystectomy, but the cause remains unknown yet. Prevention during the operation and early diagnosis are of great significance.
