摘 要:目的:探讨下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴细胞内游离钙随年龄增长的变化规律。方法:实验于2001-07/12在解放军第三军医大学药理教研室完成。检测3,6,12,18,21月龄Wistar大鼠90只分成了3(青年),6(成年),12(中年),18(老年前期),21(老年)月龄组,每组16只。下丘脑、垂体、卵巢(雌性)、睾丸(雄性)细胞内游离钙水平,与上一月龄组指标作比较。结果:90只大鼠均进入结果分析。①随月龄增加,下丘脑和垂体细胞内游离钙逐渐增加。3月龄、6月龄、12月龄、18月龄和21月龄下丘脑细胞内游离钙水平分别为(137±13),(140±21),(197±18),(240±28)和(243±21)nmol/L;垂体细胞内游离钙水平分别为(110±19),(117±18),(159±21),(199±22)和(203±14)nmol/L;其中12月龄组与6月龄组、18月龄组与12月龄组差异有显著性(t=5.096~8.291,P<0.05~0.01)。②随月龄增加,卵巢和睾丸细胞内游离钙逐渐增加。3月龄、6月龄、12月龄、18月龄和21月龄卵巢细胞内游离钙水平分别为(101±17),(108±23),(145±19),(188±29)和(221±28)nmol/L;睾丸细胞内游离钙水平分别为(190±21),(192±22),(238±17),(289±26)和(311±20)nmol/L;其中12月龄组、18月龄组和21月龄组与上一月龄组比较,差异均有显著性(t=2.276~5.973,P<0.05~0.01)。结论:随月龄的增长。AIM:To investigate the age-related changing regularity of intracellular free calcium in hypothalamus-pituitary-genital axis. METHODS:The experiment was carried out in the Department of Pharmacology,Third Military Medical University of Chinese PLA from July to December 2001 Ninety 3,6,12,18 and 21-month-old Wistar rats were divided into 3-month(young),6-month(adult) 12-month (middle-aged),18-month(early aged) and 21-month (aged) brain groups with 16 rats in each group.The levels of intracellular free calcium in hypothalamus,pituitary,ovaries of female rats and testis of male rats were detected, and compared with those in the former month age group. RESULTS:All the 90 rats were involved in the analysis of results.①With the increase of month age,the levels of intracellular free calcium in hypothalamus and pituitary were gradually increased.The levels of intracellular free calcium in hypothalamus of rats in the 3,6,12,18 and 21-month-old groups were(137±13),(140±21),(197±18),(240±28),(243±21) nmol/L respectively,and those in pituitary were(110±19),(117±18),(159±21),(199±22),(203±14) nmol/L respectively;There were significant differences between the 12 and 6-month-old groups,also between the 18 and 12--month-old groups(t=5.096 to 8.291,P< 0.05 to 0.01).②With the increase of month age,the levels of intracellular free calcium in ovaries and testis were gradually increased.The levels of intracellular free calcium in ovaries of rats in the 3,6,12,18 and 21-month-old groups were(101±17),(108±23),(145±19),(188±29),(221±28) nmol/L respectively,and those in testis were (190±21),(192±22),(238±17),(289±26),(311±20) nmol/L respectively,and those in the 12,18 and 21-month-old groups were significantly different from those in the former month age groups(t=2.276 to 5.973,P< 0.05 to 0.01). CONCLUSION:With the increase of month age,the levels of intracellular free calcium in each link of hypothalamus-pituitary-genital axis are obviously increased,from 12 months of age,the level is significantly higher in
