早期慢性肾衰竭患者蛋白质营养不良的临床观察与护理

摘　　要：目的:了解早期慢性肾衰竭(CRF)患者营养不良的发生情况,探讨防治营养不良的护理对策,为临床护理提供依据与参考。方法:采用观察法对4 0例早期CRF患者进行观察。结果:白蛋白<4 0g/L者占6 0 .0 0 % ,胆固醇<3.9mmol/L者占37.5 0 % ,血红蛋白<110g/L占6 6 .70 %。结论:早期CRF患者已出现了不同程度的营养衰退,为改善预后,提高生活质量,应重视早期CRF患者的营养评估及监测,并及早采取防治措施。Objective:To investigate the development of protein-energy malnutrition in patients with chronic renal failure in early stage and provide measures of prevention.Methods:The clinical data of 40 cases with chronic renal failure in early stage were observed.Results:The serum albumin was <40 g/L in 60.00% of the 40 cases,the serum cholesterol was <3.9mmol/L in 37.50% and the Hb was <110 g/L in 66.70%.Conclusions:Lack of nutrition occurred in early stage of chronic renal failure.Evaluating the nutrition of patients with chronic renal failure in early stage should be emphasized and measures should be taken to prevent it.
