摘  要:采用Nd:YAG脉冲激光轰击镍-石墨混合靶与乙醇流动相的固液界面原位生长碳纳米管,并通过TEM、XRD、FT-IR、UV-Vis等对其进行了表征。结果表明:常温常压下制备的碳纳米管管身弯曲,管径小于50nm,长度可达1μm,且具有多种形态。在脉冲激光轰击过程中实现原位生长碳纳米管,能使制备与修饰碳纳米管同步连续进行,产物在近紫外光区有较强的吸收峰,并存在激子吸收带。In-situ synthesis of carbon nanotubes by pulse-laser ablating on the solid-liquid interface of flowing ethanol and the Ni/carbon target using Ni as catalyst was investigated. The characters of carbon nanotubes were analyzed using TEM, XRD, FT-IR and UV-Vis techniques. The results show that carbon nanotubes could be produced at normal temperature and pressure. TEM observation found that the carbon nanotubes had a tube diameter smaller than 50nm and length of 1μm. The synthesis and modification took place continually and simultaneously during the reaction. The synthesis products exhibited strong absorption with exciting band in the ultraviolet zone.
