摘  要:介绍了流化床式气流粉碎装置的工作原理,分析探讨了气流粉碎速度对粉碎效能的影响,指出粉碎效能速度与粉碎并不存在简单的线性关系;研究了生产过程中Laval喷嘴的性能及可能引发的粉碎效能方面的问题,指出应关注Laval喷嘴的几何尺寸和形式,确定合理的喷嘴入口、出口压力比值,并定期检查喷嘴的磨损情况,定期清洗喷嘴;还研究了由于管路系统内外温差效应使管路内部结水、结雾或结霜,造成物料颗粒湿润、团聚,降低生产效率,引发机器故障等方面的问题,并提出了改进方案和措施.The working principle of the fluid bed gas flow crushing equipment is introduced in this paper. The effects of the crushing speed on the crushing efficacy are studied. The result shows that there is a (nonlinear unliner) relation between them. Performance of Laval nozzle and a series of problems resulted from the nozzle. The paper suggested that attentions should be given to dimensions and forms of Laval nozzle and reasonable inlet/outlet pressure ratio. Nozzle should be regularly washed and checked for wearing. (Problems) of wet and aggregated material particles, low production efficiency and equipment malfunctions result from condensation, mist and frost in the pipe system, which temperature is difference inside and (outside) pipe. Improving measures are finally put forward.
