摘　　要：本文讨论了在J2ME规范的基础上,集成Java系列技术(J2ME、J2SE和J2EE中的servlet和JSP),组成了一个功能强大的纯Java软件系统。作者将基于J2ME的Java手机软件这一思路与国内新兴行业 棗 足球彩票行业相结合,研发了足球彩票手机投注系统。该系统以足球彩票发行和运行规则为依据,以足球彩票数据库为中心,从系统管理员和投注用户两个角度出发,分模块实现了整个系统。This article discusses how to compose a pure powerful Java software system based on J2ME standard, by integrating series of Java technology (J2ME, J2SE, Servlet and JSP of J2EE). The author combines the idea of Java mobile phone software based on J2ME with newly rising football lottery industry of China, develop the football lottery betting system in Mobile Phone. The whole system is based on the release and operation rules of football lottery, focused on the football lottery database, and implemented by modules from the viewpoint of system managers and betting-customers.
